Live in Support
With our live-in support, our support worker moves into the home of your loved ones and support him or her in the activities of daily living as required by the person we support.
Each person we support is different and at Naid care we make sure that each customer is supported with the care that is tailored for their individual needs. We support our customers to continue living in their own home by matching and training individuals to live with and work with them on assignments lasting from 2 weeks to several months at a time.
Some of our clients predominantly require companionship and support around the house as well as assistance to continue their social life. Other clients have much greater physical and personal care needs which in some cases require specific training per client.
All of our companions and live-in support workers are trained and qualified in Practical subjects such as cooking
Health and Safety including moving and handling, Personal Care, Manual handling, Medication training. Other specialist areas as required by the client.
A smart phone and hand-held tablet will be provided to assist you with communication, time-sheets and other necessary paperwork. Our home care services include domiciliary care, floating support, nursing and continuing care as well as housing services. Home care that is tailored to your specific need and examples are:
- Personal care, such as washing or dressing Housekeeping or domestic work.
- Vacuuming, Cooking or preparing meals
- Companionship long-term 24-hour care
- Short breaks for an unpaid family carer
- Emergency care
- Day care sessions ranging from 15-minute visits to 24-hour support.
We make sure that each client will be assessed before admission to ensure that NaidCare is able to meet his or her individual needs.

At Naid care we can be very flexible, in order to meet the needs of the customer we support. Our Domiciliary Care allows for your loved one to remain in a house which is special to them and provide them with someone to help them do the general day to day activities. Our dedicated staff are trained to give you the support needed to make things easier for at home.
